MY REVIEW 5 STARS
Another emotional read for me. Torn picks up right where Connected left off and keeps going at a fast pace.
On the day River and Dahlia were going to get married Dahlia finds out about Ben. Her reaction was WAY different from what I had expected and it set the tone of the book. She was very scared and pissed with Ben, who thought that he would get her back as soon as she saw him and everything would be fine.
I was a team Ben right at the end of Connected and now its all about River. He is one hell of a man. His love is never ending as is his loyalty to Dahlia. Having Ben thrown into the mix did not help there relationship no matter how many times that they said it wouldn't. River will fight for Dahlia but can he save her from herself.
I was so emotional reading this. Every emotion Dahlia was going through was intense. The lies, secrets, hidden information or what ever you want to call it, drove me to understand where she was coming from. Grace is such a wonderful mother figure for Dahlia and there was this on conversation 66% into the book that melted my heart. It had to be so hard for Grace to say those things to help Dahlia get through this mess.
Secrets come out and give us all the answers that we have wanted to know. I felt torn so many times as River tries to get through Dahlia and vice versa. There couldn't be two people that deserve each other more. There are so many turning points in this book, so many things that I really want to say and talk in depth about but that will ruin the book those that have not read it.
Enjoy the book or if you have not read it yet leave a comment on here for a chance to win a ebook copy of Torn.
