MY REVIEW 4 STARS
Jake and Aly...what can I say about these two love birds. There is no denying that they love one another. What I enjoyed most about this book was it seemed real. Love is never easy and when you are young it is even harder.
The real life issues that young couples face are there, growing up, acting as adults and all that other stuff. Being young a famous makes that harder for Jake and Aly. This book was about all of it. The issues with Nathan being around Aly and Jake and Sophia just add to the mix.
There are so many factors that made this book what it is. The band has problems and I wish that I could discuss them without spoiling them but let me just say that I am heart broken over it, another reality of the book. Sometimes real stuff happens and there is nothing that you can do about it. I just find that Jake and Aly are the ones putting themselves in a rock and hard place, with no way out.
I feel that they are very codependent on one another. That is how they were in the other books and I just want them to grow out of it. That is really my only complaint. I liked this book it was a good read. I enjoyed the story that the author gave and even though the ending was left on a "high note," I can't wait to see how the rest of their story unfolds. There is a lot of healing that needs to happen and growing up as well.
