Connected

I am at a loss for words.  Just when I thought I was feeling one way, Kim blind sides me.  UGH.  The book is about a woman named Dahlia and finding love not once but twice in a lifetime.  In the beginning of the book her long time love Ben dies (no spoiler there).  She meets rock star River Wilde (again) and the connection that they shared five years ago is reconnected.

Dahlia and River meet (for the second time) two years after Ben's death. She is hired to do some work for his band.  They both remember each other from there first encounter, quick as it was.  They just knew that there was something still, that connection.

I found the pace of the book to be good.  River wants to keep Dahlia around and not let her out of his sight this time.  He won't loose her again.

River Wilde is totally swoon worthy.

There is a plot that has me pulling my hair out.  I am not sure where I want it go.

There are a few things that makes me wonder what will make all the "connections" blend together, but that will have to wait for the next book.

SUPER CLIFF HANGER THERE!  WOW!

By the way Chapter 10 Mazzy Star - Fade into you, I love that song.  LOVE IT.  I was so happy to see it referenced in a book.

I give this 4 out 5 stars.

In flight

I enjoyed this book very much.  I found it very close to the Fifty shades books and still the author found a way to kick it SEVERAL notches.  Bianca is a flight attendent and James is the sexy Billionaire that want's her.  James is very blunt on what he wants from Bianca, James is heavy into BDSM and want's Bianca to be his next Sub.  He persues her from the start.  She calls him Mr. Beautiful and things heat up from there.  James is very captivated with Bianca and can't seem to stay away from her.  He does not seem surprised when he finds out that she is still a virgin.  I love that she submits rather quickly to him.  There are other characters in the Book that I love.  Stephen is Bianca's best friend and he calls her Buttercup (My favorite movie by the way).  Stephen and Bianca have a very close bond and I love that James does not try to interfer with the relationship that the two have.  The book has a good story line and ends on a cliffhanger.  Good thing for all of you, all three books are avaiable.

Taking chances

Taking ChancesTaking Chances by Molly McAdams
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I really don't know what to say right now.  I loved the book. I fell in love with Brandon, Harper and Chase.  I really think I am going to make myself sick from all the crying and tourture that I went through in this book.  I understand why the event's happened in the book.  I get that they needed to be that way but I won't be over it for a long time.  I still don't get how a book can do this to a person.  It was a little long for me.  I felt that were things that did not need to be in there.  On the other hand, it annoys me when the book wraps up to quickly.  I always think I wish there was a little more.  Well Molly gives it to you by making it longer, for that I say Thank you.

The Edge of Never

The Edge of NeverThe Edge of Never by J.A. Redmerski
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was SERIOUSLY one of the best books that I have ever read.  I wish that there were more stars to rate this book, five is not enough.  I felt all the pain a sorrow that Camryn and Andrew were going through.  I loved that Andrew Showed Camryn how to live again, laugh again and love again.  The ending was perfect and left me in tears.  I never knew there were books out there that can make you cry like I did.  I would suggest this book to everyone.
